- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Thursday May 30, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1307 N. Commerce Dr., Suite 200, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following: 1. Amendments to Title 19.04. Amending permitted uses by adding Churches as permitted in the Office Warehouse, Industrial, Light Industrial, and Business Park Zones; by adding ancillary commercial uses as permitted in the Institutional/Civic Zone; and by adding Funeral Homes as permitted in the Industrial Zone; also amending Purpose and Intent of Non-Residential and Mixed-Use Zones to reflect the ancillary Institutional/Civic Zone additions. City-Initiated, City-Wide. Comments & questions may be directed to the Planning Dept. 801-766-9793 or submitted to comments@saratogasprings-ut.gov.
