NOTICE OF SOUTH DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT
2024 FEE INCREASE PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Trustees of the South Davis Sewer District hereby gives notice of its 2024 Fee Increase Public Hearing.
Date: June 20, 2024
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Location: 1800 West 1200 North, West Bountiful, UT
Purpose: To hear comments regarding the proposed fee increase and to explain the reasons for the proposed increase.
The District intends to increase the residential base fee to $27.00 per month; the monthly fee charged to a trailer home will increase to $22.00 per month; and the increase to commercial, industrial and other sewer service fees will be $27.00 per month per equivalent residential unit. The extraterritorial service fee (the fee charged for service to property located outside the District which does not pay property taxes to the District) will be double the fee that would be charged if the property were located within the District's boundary. Excess water charges will increase to $1.60 per 1,000 gallons. These fee increases will become effective July 1, 2024.
