Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The public hearings shall begin at 6:05 p.m. in the following order; a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Bryan Carling for a design review permit to operate the commercial storage business at the property located at 236 North Highway 89. Tax Id. #11-090-0011. b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Zan Sharp for a design review permit for a maintenance building associated with 'Sharp Transportation' located at the property of 390 North 900 East. Tax Id. #11-093-0009.
