- PUBLIC NOTICE Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on TUESDAY, May 28, 2024, at 7:05 p.m. at 75 West Center Street, the Fillmore City Council Chambers, concerning a public notice to receive public comments on a simple lot subdivision located at approximately 290 N 400 W to turn one lot into two lots. Applicant Colton Darnell Those needing special accommodation should contact the City Office three (3) days prior to the hearing at 435-743-5233.
