DRAPER CITY CORPORATION ENGINEERING DIVISION 1020 EAST PIONEER ROAD DRAPER, UTAH 84020 TELEPHONE: (801) 576-6546 FACSIMILE: (801) 576- 6388 www.draper.ut.us May 16, 2024 REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE SUNCREST GUARDRAIL REPLACEMENT PROJECT The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to remove and replace Guardrail and end treatments at various locations along Suncrest Drive in the project plans and specifications. Bid documents and specifications will be posted on Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P), PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV on or before Friday, May 17th, 2024 at 10:00 AM. 5% Bid Bond will be required. The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be opened by Draper City staff and will be promptly posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website within 24 hours of the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being presented. Preliminary Bid result will be located within the Q and A section of the said project. Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through SCIQUEST before 5:00 PM on Monday, June 10th, 2024. The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
