NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request for an amendment to the Rim Rock Commercial PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone to develop a 92 room, four story hotel on a 2.59 acre site. This project is located on the east side of 1470 East at approximately 300 South. The applicant is Alpha Engineering Company represented by Rhett Beazer. The project will be known as @Home Best Western PD Amendment.
