NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Administrative Control Board of Wasatch Integrated Waste Management District will hold a public hearing to allow for public comment on:
1. Adoption of the Final Budget for the year ending June 30, 2025
2. Proposed increase to the fee schedule:
- Municipal Solid Waste and Construction and Demolition Waste, $46 per ton
- Green Waste, $35 per ton
- Clean Fill, $20 per ton
The Public Hearing to hear comment on adoption of the Final Budget for the year ending June 30, 2025 and the proposed increase to the fee schedule will be held at Wasatch Integrated Waste Management District, 3404 North 650 East, Layton, Utah 84041 on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.
This notice is hereby provided in accordance with the provisions of the 'Uniform Fiscal Procedures for Local Districts' and Utah Code Sections 17B-1-643 and 17B-1-609.
