NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE MORGAN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG) and to the general public that the Morgan Council of Governments will hold a meeting in open public session on Monday, February 1, 2021, at 4:00 p.m., at the Morgan County Building, Council Room, at 48 W Young Street Morgan Utah AGENDA MINUTES Approval - Minutes of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG) - April 22, 2024 ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION 1. Building Permit Running Totals for City and County 2. Sales Tax Review and Budget Review according to COG 3. Discussion from the ROP meeting 4. Reports on the WFRC Meetings 5. Open discussion on vision for transportation for the County 6. COG Meeting dates 7. Other business for future discussion 8. Adjourn NEXT MEETING: June 17th, 2024, 4:00pm - MORGAN COUNTY BUILDING, COMMISSION ROOM In the event of an absence of a full quorum, agenda items will be continued to the next regularly scheduled meeting. Notice is hereby given that by motion of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG), pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the Council may vote to hold a closed session for any of the purposes identified in that Chapter. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Cindee Mikesell, COG Secretary, at (801) 845-4012 at least 24 hours before the meeting.
