- Hawthorn Academy Annual Board Meeting Calendar 2024-2025 Below are the tentative Hawthorn Academy Board Meeting dates for the 2024-2025 school year. These dates are subject to change and additional meetings may take place. All meetings will be posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website at least 24 hours in advance. September 11 at 8:45 AM West Jordan Campus October 9 at 8:45 AM South Jordan Campus November 13 at 8:45 AM West Jordan Campus January 8 at 8:45 AM South Jordan Campus February 12 at 8:45 AM West Jordan Campus March 12 at 8:45 AM South Jordan Campus April 9 at 8:45 AM West Jordan Campus May 7 at 8:45 AM South Jordan Campus June 11 at 8:45 AM TBD Please note that meetings will generally be held at 9062 S 2200 W West Jordan, UT 84088 or 1437 W. 11400 S.
