Opening Motions Excused: Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve April meeting minutes: Second: Monthly Subcommittee Check-in Reports Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Preservation (Chris Schow) No update Community Outreach (Denise Trickler) Give an update on the July 15 walking tour. Archives (Jeanne Holdaway) No update History & Publications (Laurel Cunningham) Currently working on: Center Street walking tour booklet Main Street walking tour books are for sale at city hall for $10 each. Other Business Items 1. Debrief the Preservation Utah Community Stewardship Award event. Jeanne and Laurel attended on April 25. 2. Talk about demolition guidelines from other cities. 3. End of fiscal year is June 30. Denise Roy would like all Old Town Hall expenses submitted before EOFY. We still need: rug, drapery, cabinets (the latter can be covered by a USHRAB grant if we are short). 4. Strawberry Days is June 15-23, and our next meeting is June 20. Cancel or move location? 5. Discuss Heritage Festival needs with Stacy Martineau. 6. Dates to calendar: - Friday, June 14: Annual Preservation Utah/SHPO Conference, 8 AM to 5 PM at the Provo City Library - Monday, July 15: Center Street Walking Tour - Monday, 26 August: 200 East Walking Tour - Monday, September 9: Heritage Festival Next PGHPC meeting: Thursday, June 20, 7 PM
