Notice is hereby given that the Woods Cross Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding a request by Maverik to enlarge the existing non-conforming truck yard located at approximately 1682 West and 1500 South, Woods Cross, Utah. The proposed project would involve expanding the existing truck yard to the adjacent, vacant property east of the present facility. The hearing will be held at the Woods Cross Municipal Building, 1555 South 800 West, Woods Cross, Utah.

Furthermore, the Woods Cross City Council will consider a recommendation from the Planning Commission and hold a public hearing on the same matter Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the Woods Cross City Municipal Building, 1555 South 800 West, Woods Cross, Utah. You are invited to attend these hearings and provide your input. If you wish to comment, but are unable to attend, contact the City Planner at 801-292-4421 ext. 2003.
