The Utah Board of Oil, Gas and Mining meets Wednesday, May 22, at 9 a.m. at the Department of Natural Resources building at 1594 West North Temple in Salt Lake City. (This matter was continued from theMarch 27, 2024, Board hearing.) 3. Docket No. 2024-026Cause No. 132-38 - In the Matter of the Request for Agency Action ofOVINTIV USA INC. for an order pooling interest, including the compulsory pooling of the interests of certain non-consenting owners in the: (1) BlackhairUT 13-6 3-4-12-11-7H and BLACKHAIR UT 13-6 3-4-12-11-67H wells, in the drilling unit established for the production of oil, gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Lower Green River-Wasatch Formations comprised of all of Sections 11and 12; and (2) Blackhair UT 13-6 3-4-12-11-18HLW and Blackhair UT 13-63-4-12-11-48HLW wells in the drilling unit boundary well drilling unit established for the production of oil, gas and associated hydrocarbons from the lower Green River-Wasatch Formations comprised of all of Sections 1, 2, 11 and12, all in Township 3 South, Range 4 West, U.S.M., Duchesne County, Utah. 4. Docket No. 2024-027Cause No. 472-02 - In the Matter of the Request for Agency Action ofOVINTIV USA INC. for an order partially vacating the order entered in Cause No.266-03 and instead pooling interests, including the compulsory pooling of the interest of certain non-consenting owners in the Ute Tribal UT 14-84-1-18-19-1HR well in the drilling unit established for the production of oil, gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Lower Green River-Wasatch Formationscomprised of all of Sections 18 and 19, Township 4 South, Range 1 East, U.S.M., Uintah County, Utah. 5. Docket No. 2024-030Cause No. 130-32 - In the Matter of the Request for Agency Action ofWEM OPERATING, LLC and BERRY PETROLEUM COMPANY, LLC for an order: (I) Amendingthe Board's order in Docket No. 2023-026, Cause No. 130-20; (II) Partiallyvacating the Board's order in Docket No. 2022-008, Cause No. 130-12; and (III)Establishing 2 approximate 1,280-acre 'lay-down' overlapping drilling units and10 approximate 1,920-acre 'lay-down' overlapping drilling units, for theproduction of oil, gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Lower Green Riverand Green River-Wasatch formations of: (A) Sections 26 Through 35, Township 4South, Range 4 West, U.S.M.; (B) Sections 25 through 29 and 35 through 36, Township 4 South, Range 5 West, U.S.M.; (C) Sections 1 through 12, Township 5South, Range 4 West, U.S.M.; (D) Sections 1 through 5 and 10 through 12, Township 5 South, Range 5 West, U.S.M.; and (E) Section 6, Township 5 South, Range 3 West, U.S.M., all in Duchesne County, Utah.
