NEW BUSINESS a) Discussion and Possible Action on Big Water Municipal Adopting Resolution 2024-06 to Open budget and add and/or Appropriate Funds for the 2023/2024 FY Budget; $6,910.00 to the Public Safety Department; $20,000.00 for Kane County Municipal Rural County grant monies; $83,900.00 for The Fire Department (recapture from this fiscal year) - b) Discussion and Possible Action on Big Water Municipal Adopting Resolution 2024-08 Amendment to Resolution 2020-05 URS Retirement Employer Contribution Pickup- c) Discussion and Possible Action on Big Water Municipal Adopting Resolution 2024-09 Amending the Policies and Procedures Manual to include House Bill 460, safeguarding the rights of government employees to act in accordance with their ethical, moral, or religious convictions; Sections 5.15, 14.3 and 10.2 of the Personnel Policies and Procedures manual have been updated to reflect these changes- d) Discussion and Possible Action on Big Water Municipal Adopting Resolution 2024-10 Adopting the final FY budget 2024-2025- e) Discussion and Possible Action on Insurance Coverage Change- 10.
