- PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Sealed Bids Toquerville City, located at 212 N. Toquer Blvd, Toquerville, Utah will accept Sealed Bids for the following item: 2005 Chevy Silverado - 4x4 4.8 Liter single cab long bed with weather guard bedside toolboxes. - 251,719 miles - Tires have 90% tread left. - Things that need to be fixed: Valve cover gaskets, Timing cover, Water pump, rear main seal, oil pan gasket, Dent in rear driver side Pannel. - The interior is in fair condition and needs head liner and seat repair. The items are being sold 'as-is' and are available for inspection at 212 N Toquer Blvd. If an inspection is desired it must be done prior to placing a bid. Toquerville City reserves the right to reject winning bids it deems inadequate. Sealed bids will be accepted by emailing treasurer@toquerville.org, or in person at the Toquerville City office, 212 N. Toquer Blvd in Toquerville Utah until 2:00pm May 28th, 2024 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Each item will be awarded separately to the highest bidder. If the highest bidder does not tender payment to Toquerville City within 5 business days in the form of cash or cashier's check, the item may be awarded to the next highest bidder.
