NOTICE AND AGENDA OF OAK CITY TOWN BOARD REGULAR MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold its regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on Thursday, May 16, 2024 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room. The following agenda items will be considered: A. Invocation. B. Adopt Agenda. C. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held April 18, 2024. D. Discuss Possible Location of Pickleball Courts - Valerie Hathaway. E. Discuss Discounting Utility Bills for Deployed Military Members - Sarah Chapman. F. Discuss the Board of Adjustment Recommendation for a Variance on Setback for Tyson Hathaway's West Property Line at approximately 85 South 100 West - Tyson Hathaway. G. Discuss Compensation for Electric and Water Meter Readers as the Number of Meters Increase. H. Update on the Town's Well - Tom Nielson. I. Discuss 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Budgets. J. Discuss Updates to the Title V: Public Works section of the Town of Oak City Town Code. K. Public Comment. L. Monthly Financial Report. M. Departmental Reports. N. Miscellaneous. O.
