COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments will hold a public hearing to discuss
the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year
2024 . Projects include the Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments
application's for; (1) Single Family Housing, (2) Regional Planning, (3) Phase 4 of Land
Acquisition and (4) Admin and Consolidated Planning. Comments will be solicited on
project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 2:00 P.M.
on May 22, 2024 and will be held at 252 S Fairgrounds Road, Price, UT 84501. Further
information can be obtained by contacting Lacee Meyer at (435) 650-7217. In compliance with
the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including
auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify LuEssa Averett at
Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments at 252 S Fairgrounds Road, Price,
