Description/Agenda: TOWN OF DANIEL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Town of Daniel gives notice of a public hearing to be held on May 15, during the Planning Commission Meeting at 7:00 PM at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is for a Conditional Use Permit for an outdoor micro-school program administered by Skyriver Outdoor Schools to be held in the RA-5 zone at the Charchenko residence at 3400 S. Big Hollow Rd, Daniel, Utah. Notice has been sent to property owners within 500' of the subject property. Public comments and questions are welcome during the public hearing.
