CITY OF HOLLADAY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will public hearings on Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezoning application submitted by Jonathan Airhart on behalf of Slope School on approx. .87 acres of property located at 4535 S. 2300 E. The request is to change the zoning designation from Residential Multi-family (RM) to Professional Office (PO). The proposed rezone would change the allowed land uses by allowing professional office and school use. The proposed amendment is available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours. The public may remotely watch the live video stream of the meeting - https://holladayut.gov/government/agendas_and_minutes.php To make a public comment or to make a comment during any public hearing may provide such comments as follows: In-person attendance: at Holladay City Hall or you can Email your comments by 5:00 pm on the date of the meeting to cmarsh@holladayut.gov or 801-527-3890.
