Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Farr West Planning Commission will hold two public hearings at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at Farr West City Hall, 1896 N 1800 W, Farr West The purpose of the first public hearing is to consider approval of the development agreement for the River Blacksmith mixed-use development The purpose of the second public hearing is to consider approval of a re-zone of the River Blacksmith property, parcel numbers 15-004-0111 and 15-005-0108, from the A-1 zone to the Mixed-Use zone All interested residents are invited to attend.
