Pioneer Road, Draper, UT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Beauty White Teeth Whitening Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit Request. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to consider the above-listed request. The property is located at approximately 13948 S Rockwell View Ln. The purpose of the request is to permit a home-based Personal Services business that provides teeth whitening services for clients.
