Agenda Item #3 JD Pell - Utility Connections
Pete Pell was in attendance for JD and explained that they are in the process of building a new house on their property and they were wondering if there would have to be a new connection for a water meter. If so, that would put it on a new parcel. The mobile home is currently gone, and the existing connection will go to the new house. There will not be a hook up fee. The main concern is that there would not be a meter if there were to be a new home built on the existing property.

Agenda Item #4 Wellington City Clean Up
One of the churches in the area is looking to do a volunteer project that has to do with city cleanup. Mayor Timothy is bringing this to attention for project ideas. Mayor Timothy would also like to see the city officials volunteering alongside the other volunteers. The church is willing to help not just the city, but also individual residents. The council would like to get a better understanding of what the church means in terms of city projects.
