- Cleveland Town Council Meeting May 9, 2024 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Opening Flag Ceremony Minutes: Approve April Minutes Public Comment: Limited to 10 minutes Total Time. This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions, or issues that are not on the agenda. *PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND PLACE OF RESIDENCE. *PLEASE LIMIT YOUR COMMENTS TO THREE MINUTES. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda! In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Approve/Deny business license for Jimmy Blackburn's business of Blackburn Services, LLC. 2. Owen Olsen would like to ask the Council about their goals for O'Ville. 3. Approve/Deny Wayne Pahl's request for supporting letter of County alternate plan D of BLM road closures. 4. Adopt tentative 2024-2025 budget for modifying and amending. Schedule public hearing to adopt final budget in June 2024 at 7:00 pm. 5. Approve/Deny Resolution 05092024 part-time non-benefited employees to receive a dollar raise. 6. Approve/Deny Ordinance 05092024 for raising compensation for appointed and elected officials. 7. Approve bills and City Financials for payment. 8. Council Reports. 9. Adjourn Meeting. If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken. The next regular Council Meeting will be held on June 13, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
