Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF KAYSVILLE CITY ORDINANCE ADOPTION On May 2, 2024, the Kaysville City Council approved Ordinance #24-05-01, amending Section 17-20-4 'Central Commercial - Conditional Uses' of the Kaysville City Code to remove dwellings as an allowed use in the Central Commercial zone, and adding Section 17-20-9 'Grandfathered Dwellings' to allow existing dwellings within the Central Commercial zone to construct additions and accessory buildings. The complete ordinance is on file at the Kaysville City Recorder's Office and online at www.kaysville.gov. Published this 8th day of May, 2024.
