Description/Agenda
The following ordinance was adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on May 7, 2024. ORD. 24-10 - REZONE DOWNTOWN PUBLIC PROPERTIES (Fire Stations, Library, Plaza) - Rezone of the former Logan City fire station (76 East 200 North, 0.69 acres) from Public to TC-1 (Town Center 1); Rezone the new Logan City fire station (95 East 200 North, 0.76 acres +/-) from TC-1 to Public; Rezone the new Logan Library (285 North Main, 1.72 acres +/-) from TC-1 to Public; Rezone the new Logan City Plaza (55 & 67 North Main, 0.37 acres +/-) from TC-1 to Public. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon publication.
