Description/Agenda: Public Hearing - Property Exchange In accordance with Utah Code 10-8-2(4) and MSMC 03.20.035, the City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., in the Marriott-Slaterville City Legislative Chambers located at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah. The City Council will take public comment in support and opposition to a proposal to exchange a Parcel owned by the City in exchange for various parcels owned by SPB Ventures I, LLC, along the Weber River near 1200 South and 2700 West. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify the City Recorder at 801-627-1919 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
