River's Edge/Wilde Property
Final Subdivision Plat/Site Plan and Construction Drawings
Parcel CT-362-A (280 South 500 West) and Parcels CT-362, CT-362-363 and DRW-2-AM (270 South Main Street)
Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly make a recommendation on the proposed River's Edge/Wilde Property Final Subdivision Plat/Site Plan and Construction Drawings . The Public Hearing is Scheduled on Monday, May 20, 2024, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main.
The River's Edge property includes 6.66 acres and is located in the Highway Commercial (HC) Zone District. The Wilde Property includes 9.35 acres in the Community Commercial (CC/HC) Zone District and 4.51 acres in the Agricultural (AG-20) Zone District.
The applicant, Courtney Richins submitted a Final Plan and Construction Drawings Application to subdivide the River's Edge Property into 4 lots, and the Wilde Property for 36 multi-family units as Phase 1 for the development.
The property acreage and zoning allows for 4 lots on the Rivers Edge Property and 75 lots/units on the Wilde Property.
On April 22, 2024, the City Council approved a Master Planned Development (MPD), Conditional Use Permit, and preliminary subdivision/site plan for the project.
