Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Mark Wilison is seeking commercial site plan approval for Trailer Source, a utility trailer sales business to be located at 302 S 2000 W in the RC-Regional Commercial Zone. This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on May 6, 2024. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes.
