Description/Agenda: LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Thursday, May 23, 2024 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall, 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on two proposed amendments concerning Zoning Ordinance for Swimming Pools and to amend Subdivision Regulations concerning a second access known as a collector road. More information may be obtained at the City Office. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address. The hearing will also be accessible via ZOOM.
