BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 24-08, 24-09, 24-10, 24-11, 24-12
Notice is hereby given that on May 2, 2024, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 24-08, 24-09, 24-10, 24-11, and 24-12.
Ordinance 24-08 vacates a portion of a public utility easement located east of Hansen Motors and south of 1100 South.
Ordinance 24-09 amends Brigham City zoning map from A-5 (Agricultural) to M-D (Manufacturing - Distribution) on approximately 5.31 acres located at approximately 480 North and 1200 West.
Ordinance 24-10 amends Brigham City General Plan Transportation Master Plan to reduce the frontage road section at 1075 South between 1100 West Street and the railroad from a 106 foot to an 80 foot right of way and terminate the master planned road at the railroad.
Ordinance 24-11 - amends Brigham City Zoning Map from A-5 (Agricultural) and GC (General Commercial) to P-GC (Planned-General Commercial) on approximately 20.91 acres located at approximately 1050 South and 1100 West.
Ordinance 24-12 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 156 Zoning to include 1100 South 1100 West Street Planned District.
All ordinances shall take effect upon posting and publication. Copies of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.gov.
