Haven Lane (SLC Assessor Parcel/Acct. No. 22104520310000); the property is in a R-1-43 Zone The Applicant is seeking relief from City of Holladay Code appertaining to primary structure setbacks [H.C.C. § 13.14.050], specifically rear and side setbacks [H.C.C.§13.14.052 and §13.14.056]. The applicant is proposing to construct an accessory building that would encroach into the required side and rear setbacks for a primary structure (City Case # 24-5-01; Jackson and Leroy as Applicants and representatives of the property owners, Brett and Traci Hopkins 2.
