- PUBLIC NOTICE OF CANCELLATION Notice is hereby given that the Public Hearing for the Request by Perry Homes Inc., to amend the General Plan's Land Use Map designation of a 43.7-acre portion of the 177-acre property located at approximately 55 West and 3100 North from Medium Density Residential and Regional Commercial to High Density Residential, scheduled for Tooele City Planning Commission on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. has been cancelled and will be rescheduled.
