Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Please take notice that the Garfield County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: SUBJECT: Zoning Ordinance Amendments DATE: Wednesday, May 15, 2024 TIME: 2:00 PM LOCATION: Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759 The proposed Subdivision Ordinance amendments include technical changes and provisions relating to the transfer of SITLA lands into private ownership. The public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the 2 nd Floor Conference Room, Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759.
