In accordance with Utah Code ยง10-9a-208, Harrisville City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 7:00 PM, at the Harrisville City Hall located at 363 West Independence Blvd, Harrisville, Utah, to consider Harrisville Ordinance 557; an Ordinance vacating a 20-foot-wide easement and a 35-foot-wide easement on lots 1 and 2 within the Ascension Lutheran Church Subdivision.
All interested person in attendance shall be given an opportunity to be heard, for or against, Harrisville Ordinance 557. A copy of the Ordinance is available at the City Office during regular business hours.
The foregoing City Council Agenda was posted and can be viewed at City Hall, On the City's website www.cityofharrisville.com, and at the Utah Public Notice Website at utah.gov/pmn/. Notice of this meeting has also been duly provided as required by law.
