Description/Agenda: VERNAL CITY PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing of the Vernal City Planning Commission has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. to consider amending the Vernal City Municipal Planning and Zoning Code to consider changes to Chapter 16.58, adding sections for minor subdivision needs and other corrections - Ordinance No 2024-13. The public hearing shall be held in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main St, Vernal, Utah. Property owners and other interested persons are urged to attend. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during these meetings should notify Gabby Blackburn at 374 East Main St, Vernal, Utah at least five days before the hearing at (435) 789-2255. Posted on the Utah Public Notice Website May 2, 2024; and Posted in locations within Vernal City and posted on the Vernal City Website. Must remain posted until May 14, 2024 at 5:30 pm
