NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request to change the zone from A-20 (Agriculture 20-acre minimum lot size) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 64.83 acres located generally between 2450 South and Seegmiller Drive East of Little Valley Road. The applicant is American Land Consulting, LLC and the representative is Adam Allen. The project will be known as Suniva Subdivision.
