1.1 PUBLIC NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received for the construction of the Santa Clara Vineyard Drive Phase 3
Project. Bids must be submitted by Tuesday, June 4th, 2024, 2:00 PM MDT, to the Santa Clara City
offices, at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah, 84765. Bids will be opened publicly and read
aloud. Each Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to Santa Clara City, Attn: Dustin
Mouritsen, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah, 84765. Each sealed envelope containing a Bid
must be plainly marked on the outside Santa Clara Vineyard Drive Phase 3 Project.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, May 16th, 2024, 2:00 PM MDT at the Santa
Clara City Offices at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah.
The Bid includes furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, and services to improve 1,417
linear feet of Vineyard Drive, including construction of approximately 50,000 square feet of new
asphalt roadway with curb, gutter, and sidewalk, replacement of existing driveways, and storm drain
improvements.
Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained by contacting Rosenberg Associates at
heatherh@racivil.com or at the offices of Rosenberg Associates on or after Wednesday, May 8 ,
2024, at 352 East Riverside Drive, Suite A-2, St. George, Utah, 84790. All Bidders who submit a bid
are required to obtain a set of the Contract Documents. Hard copies of the Contract Documents can
be purchased for $50. Technical questions regarding the Project shall be directed to Jared Bates,
PE, Project Engineer, Rosenberg Associates, 352 East Riverside Drive, Suite A-2, St. George, Utah,

A 100% performance, labor and materials bond will be required on this project. Every Bid shall be
accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, naming Santa Clara City as Owner. Bonds
must be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and be on a bond
form acceptable to Santa Clara City.
Santa Clara City reserves the right to reject any, or all bids, or to waive any formality or
technicality in any bid, in the interest of the Owner.
