FRIENDS OF THE FAIRGROUNDS ADVISORY BOARD MEETING Public Notice is hereby given that the Friends of the Fairgrounds Advisory Board, will hold the monthly meeting at the Golden Spike Event Center Conference Room, 1000 N. 1200 W., Ogden, Utah, commencing on Thursday, April 25th, 2024 @ 12 PM. Lunch will be served to board members. AGENDA 1. Welcome - Duncan Olsen 2. Weber County Report & Welcome - Commissioner Harvey 3. Golden Spike Event Center Report - Duncan Olsen, General Manager 4. Weber County Fair Report - Ashton Wilson, Manager of Events 5. Committee Discussion - Duncan Olsen 6. Discussion/Action Items - Duncan Olsen 7. Old Business/New Business 8. Public Comments 9. Adjourn - Our next scheduled meeting will be held on Thursday, May 16th, 2024. Please R.S.V.P. to the GSEC office @ (801) 399-8798 or by email to: ksalas@webercountyutah.gov by Monday, April 22nd, 2024. This makes it easier on our food and beverage department to know how much food to prep.
