ORDINANCE 27 of 2024
The Salt Lake City Council, at its April 16, 2024 meeting, adopted an ordinance extending a temporary zoning regulation authorizing the St. Vincent de Paul Center located at 437 West 200 South, to provide overnight homeless shelter accommodations beyond April 15th and at the current level of occupancy, as long as the maximum occupancy meets building and fire code safety standards,. The ordinance will take effect on May 1, 2024, for up to 180 days.
