PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE HENEFER TOWN COUNCIL 150 W CENTER STREET HENEFER, UT 84033 MAY 7, 2024 6 MONTH EXTENSION ON THE MORATORIUM FOR THE ISSUANCE OF ANY NEW BUILDING PERMITS WHICH WOULD ALLOW ANY NEW WATER CONNECTIONS TO HENEFER TOWN'S CULINARY WATER SYSTEM Public notice is hereby given that the Henefer Town Council will hold a public hearing on May 7, 2024 beginning at 7:00 P.M at the Henefer Town Council building located at 150 W Center Street, Henefer, UT. The purpose of this public hearing is to review, discuss, and receive public comment on the extension of the temporary moratorium preventing the issuance of any building permit or any other permit or application approval, the approval of which would provide for and allow any new connections to Henefer Town's culinary water system. All interested persons may attend. Questions, comments, or correspondence should be addressed to Henefer Town.
