PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on WEDNESDAY, May 8, 2024, at 7:05 p.m. at 75 West Center Street, the Fillmore City Council Chambers, concerning a public hearing to receive public comments. - 7:05 p.m. To receive public comment concerning an update to the Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 8, Article A. General Commercial District to reflect the changes made while enacting new ordinances during the ordinance update. Specifically, fencing, parking, conditional uses, and accessory dwelling units have their ordinances and should be removed from the General Commercial Zone. Exclude 10-8A-4: Master Planned Development and Manufactured Home. Amend the corner lot standards and the animal section and any other necessary updates to the General Commercial Zone. - 7:10 p.m. To receive public comment concerning an update to the Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 8 Article B. Highway Commercial District to reflect the changes made while enacting new ordinances during the ordinance update. Specifically, fencing, parking, conditional uses, and accessory dwelling units have their ordinances and should be removed from the Highway Commercial Zone. Exclude 10-8B-4: Master Planned Development and Manufactured Home. Amend the corner lot standards and the animal section and any other necessary updates to the Highway Commercial Zone. Those needing special accommodation should contact the City Office three (3) days prior to the hearing at 435-743-5233.
