PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. This meeting can also be viewed on our live stream page.

5.1. McDonald's Site Plan Amendment
Darrin Perkes with Dominion Engineering is requesting approval of a site plan amendment application for McDonald's site plan that was approved on November 15, 2023. The purpose of the site plan amendment is to remove the playplace from the site.
5.2. Orchards 7 & 8 Live/ Work Units Site Plan
The applicant, Mike Olsen, is requesting the approval of The Orchards, Phases 7 & 8 Live/ Work Units Site Plan.
5.3. Orchards Site Plan Amendment
Karen Slaymaker with Aimtec Group is requesting approval of a site plan amendment for the Orchards' townhome development.
5.4. Wendy's Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit Applications
Steve Pruitt is requesting approval of a site plan and conditional use application for a Wendy's to be located at 145 N Geneva Road.
