PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Run-A-Muk 1&2 Trailheads Conditional Use Permit and RTS Trailhead Conditional Use Permit Amendment Address: 2387 and 2167 Olympic Parkway, Snyderville, Summit County, UT Parcel: KJS-3-3&4LLA (88.61 acres); Project Number: 23-003 Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission in accordance with Section 10-3-5 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on the Run-A-Muk Trailheads 1&2 Conditional Use Permit and RTS Trailhead Conditional Use Permit Amendment. The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for the Run-A-Muk Trailhead 1 & 2. The Conditional Use Permit would bring the existing Run-A-Muk Trailhead 1 into conformance. As part of the Conditional Use Permit, the applicant is also requesting to improve an additional Run-A-Muk Trailhead 2 parking area (30 parking stalls) which would include a restroom facility. The new parking area would be located ~1,000 feet east of the existing Run-A-Muk parking area. In addition to the Run-A-Muk Trailheads, the applicant is also requesting a Conditional Use Permit Amendment for the previously approved RTS Trailhead (across the street from the existing Run-A-Muk Trailhead). The CUP Amendment would allow for the installation of restroom facilities.
