Description/Agenda

Notice is hereby given that Springville City Incorporated (Owner) will accept bids for the construction of the 1200 West Corridor (Center Street to 550 North) project according to the Drawings and Specifications and in accordance with the Springville City Stand Specifications and Drawings Manual, and described in general as The construction of 1200 West Corridor from Center Street to 550 North; this shall include, but is not limited to, demolition, clearing and grubbing, excavating, grading, landscaping, furnishing and installing sidewalk, park strip, curb, gutter, roadway, and underground City utilities and services (i.e. sewer, storm drain, culinary water, and pressurized irrigation ). Bids will be accepted by the Owner on-line via SciQuest or in person at the Springville City Offices, 110 South Main Street, Springville Utah at the Finance office until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 14th, 2024. The Owner will then make the decision of award and contact the individual bidders with the decision on or after Tuesday, May 21, 2024. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 at the Springville City Offices, 110 South Main Street, Springville Utah. All contractors intending to submit a bid may attend to obtain relevant information concerning the project. Bidders are advised that information affecting drawings, specifications, conditions, scope of work, etc. may be discussed.
