Trailside Elementary School Expansion Conditional Use Permit

Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission in accordance with Section 10-3-5 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on the Trailside Elementary School Expansion Conditional Use Permit.
The applicant Todd Hansen, on behalf of Park City School District, is requesting approval for the Trailside Elementary School Expansion Conditional Use Permit (CUP), a ~5,700 sq. ft. addition to the Trailside Elementary School, located at 5700 Trailside Dr (Parcel SS-42-C-X), Trailside Neighborhood, Summit County, UT. The proposal includes but is not limited to additional classroom and support space for prekindergarten functions, wraparound community service spaces, and mechanical/electrical work to support the improvements. The proposal also includes a ~4,300 sq. ft. interior remodel to accommodate additional prekindergarten space. Lastly, the proposal includes revising drop-off/pick-up patterns and revising the back-of-house access to improve student safety. The public hearing will be held;
