NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Site Plan: Request by Jeremy Bingham for approval of a Site Plan for a proposed office/warehouse to be located at approximately 1472 W 300 S. The project comprises approximately 0.926 acre in the General Commercial (GC) zone. Conditional Use Permit: Request by Brighter Path Education Preschool for a Major Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit. The business is located at 1679 S 1250 W and zoned R-3.
