- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting on Wednesday May 15, 2024 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then consider a resolution adopting an adjustment to the fee associated with the Bulk Green Waste Services provided by Waste Management and Wellsville City.
