- There will be a Public Hearing on May 8, 2024, at the Amalga Town Hall, 6590 N 2400 W, Amalga, to discuss safety issues with roads, i.e., speeding, stop signs, law enforcement, etc., in Amalga. This meeting will begin at 6:30 PM, preceding the regular Amalga Town Board Meeting, scheduled for 7:00 PM. Items to be included: whether to reduce speed zone through town, if so, to what speed. Possibly adding stop signs. Interested parties should plan on attending.
