- Cedar City Active Transportation Committee (ATC) The purpose of the ATC is to create an Active Transportation Plan (ATP) for Cedar City. The ATC will also advise City Council, Staff, Community Organizations, and Partners on the implementation of the ATP; represent community and constituent interests in transportation planning decisions and provide feedback to staff on projects relating to active transportation. The ATC was formed in October of 2019.
