- Foothills at Francis Gate Plat Amendment The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on May 9th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Community Center, located at 2319 So. Spring Hollow Rd. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments and to possibly approve a subdivision plat amendment for the Foothills at Francis Gate subdivision, located on the northeast corner of SR 35 and Foothill Drive. The amendment will create six new lots. The public is welcome to attend in person and make comments. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Suzanne Gillett, Francis City Recorder prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing or by email to comments@francisutah.org.
