PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the following projects:
- Annexation Policy Plan Amendment: Modification to the Annexation Expansion Area Map to include two additional areas within the expansion area of Payson City including Utah County Parcels; #29:014:0003, #30:009:0041, #30:009:0108 (see areas in blue on the enclosed map).
- Mixed Use Overlay Zoning Designation: Several parcels within the Payson City limits request the MU-1, Mixed Use Overlay zoning designation. Parcels are approximately addressed at 1025 W. 800 S. and include the following Utah County Parcels; #30:063:0050, #35:354:0012, #35:354:0011, #35:354:0010, #35:354:0009, #35:354:0008, #35:354:0007, #35:354:0006, #35:354:0005 (see the map with the request highlighted in yellow).
The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
